BREADMAKER ROSEMARY BREAD (DELISH)

Breadmaking day!  I found an awesome recipe for bread called Breadmaker Rosemary Bread.  I have made it twice tweaked it and I love it and so does my family!  I made two loaves of that today and two loaves of white bread.  Sliced it and froze part of it in the wax paper bags that I saved out of the cereal boxes.  These work great for this.  You just fold the top down a few times and then tape it shut, write the name of the bread and the date and whip in the freezer for later in the week when you don't feel like making bread.  We used this bread for cheeseburgers and it was so good.  I thought about buttering it and sprinkling with garlic powder and baking on a cookie sheet on 425 degree's till crispy and serve with Lasagna, goulash, or spaghetti.  Gonna try this soon!  I slice my bread with an electric bread knife and then stack it and cut in half down the whole stack to make manageable slices.

This bread calls for a Tablespoon of dried Rosemary  per  loaf which sounds like alot but it is so good and not overbearing at all.  Here is the tweaked recipe:

Breadmaker Rosemary Bread Recipe

1 cup water
3 Tbsp Olive oil (I was out and used vegetable oil and it was great)
1 1/2 tsp  White sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp Ground Black pepper
1 Tbsp Dried Rosemary
2 1/2  cups  Bread Flour (I used all purpose and turned out great)
1 1/2 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Place ingredients in the breadmaker in the order given in the recipe.
Select white bread setting and push start.
